Held in November 2016, Piaffe Presented a masterclass with Spencer Wilton, Louise Bell and Alan Davies at Leamside Equestrian Centre in Durham to an enthusiastic crowd. We were privileged to also have London 2012, Olympic gold Medalist stallion Uthopia join us for the day by permission of Mr Carl Hester whom we are very thankful to and Supa Nova II, the second Olympic medal winning horse to join us for the day, by gracious permission of owner Jen Goodman who again, we are very grateful to.

In this session, taken from the masterclass, Spencer taught Annie Cowan on her own five year old gelding 'First Pitch'

Dino, as he known at home, is by Furst Selection and out of Patrizia, whose bloodlines run back to the legendary Pilot. He has three stunning paces and in this session is currently working to establish the medium level work. Spencer works with Annie on the lateral work, with a focus on trying to gain more weight behind and suppleness whilst maintaining control and roundness through the back.

Bexley Stud is the home of FEI International Dressage rider Rebecca Edwards. Becky, who was a member of the Great Britain Young Rider European Team in Vidauban 2015 and Valencia 2016. She was the highest placed GB rider in Valencia. Becky is the current National Freestyle to music PSG Winter Champion and currently on the BEF World Class Programme supported by the National Lottery and the Prime Squad for British Dressage Young Riders.

Previously a Champion Show rider winning numerous championships at County and National Level including Supreme Champion at the Royal International Horse Show and Winner at Horse of the Year Show, Becky has now turned her attention to dressage with equal success.

Since taking up dressage she has risen rapidly to the top of the Young Rider ranks, competing for Great Britain at home and abroad at Small Tour and Young Rider level. Becky is also trained by Carl Hester who provides huge support and guidance and she recently rode Don Archie in Carl's Masterclass with Piaffe Presents earlier this month.

Today she works with Fantasia aka Roxy, a mare of over 18 hands and currently working at Medium Level.
