Olivia Towers fell in love with Dressage at the age of seven and has been riding and striving forward in the sport ever since, to much success. At the age of 16 she left school to pursue the dream and started work on a professional yard, giving her a extensive knowledge of the dressage horse and the training involved to move through the levels to become a professional rider.

At 18 she decided to start her own yard with the help and advice from her devoted mother, Libby, who has years of experience with horses. Olivia previously trained with Olympic Gold Medalist and FEI Charlotte Dujardin, which furthered her dressage career greatly over the five year period. Olivia now trains with David Pincus and is aiming for the Under 25’s Grand Prix with Mercian Alegria and the young horse PSG with Mercian Calisso. Today on Piaffe Presents, she shows us some walk exercises to achieve suppleness. www.oliviatowersdressage.com
